A $65 application fee is required from every adult (18+) before screening. Please make sure you meet these standards first so you don’t pay a fee for an application we can’t approve:
- A separate application for every adult
- Income of at least 3x the monthly rent
- At least 6 months at your current job
- Credit score of 600 or higher
- Positive landlord references (last 5 years)
- Non-smoking household
- Occupancy within limits
- No prior evictions and no credit score below 550
