You need
- A separate application for every adult
- Income of at least 3x the monthly rent
- At least 6 months at your current job
- Credit score of 600 or higher
- Positive landlord references (last 5 years)
- Non-smoking household
- Occupancy within limits
Automatic denial
- Credit score below 550
- Any eviction, ever

Application fee: A $65 application fee is required from every adult (18+) and collected before screening begins. If you are approved, the fee is credited toward your move-in costs. If you are denied or withdraw your application, the fee is non-refundable.

Every adult (18+) who will live in the home submits their own application and pays their own $65 fee. Fields marked * are required.
